We continue to welcome new residents into our brighterkind homes to provide care and support to those that need it most.
Simply get in touch with your home of choice by calling or emailing them. Our friendly team will be happy to help provide advice to ensure you find the right care for you.
Currently we cannot offer you a visit to be shown around any of our care homes but we organise a telephone appointment with the Home Manager at a time convenient for you. The Manager will take details about the care required and the like and dislikes of the individual to ensure we can meet their needs. They will describe the care provided at the home, the activities and food and dining services as well as the facilities and bedrooms available to give you a sense of what life at the home is like. You can see examples of day to day life here.
If you wish to take your enquiry further, a care needs assessment will be arranged at a convenient time by the senior care management team at the home. This will be carried out in a safe way either virtually or at a safe social distance with the team member wearing the required PPE.
