Christmas time calls for family, friends, festivities and good food! Eating well means living well, so nutrition and varied, high quality menus sit at the heart of the brighterkind’s philosophy. From delicious festive aromas to enjoying beautifully decorated dining rooms and table settings, these are just some of the seasonal experiences we have created for our residents.

As we age, our bodies undergo numerous changes, making us more vulnerable to various health challenges. One such threat is sepsis, a severe medical condition that occurs when the body's response to an infection triggers a chain reaction, leading to widespread inflammation throughout the body. This condition can be life threatening, especially for older people due to weakened immune systems and age-related health issues.
At brighterkind, we're more than just a care home group. We're a community woven together in the shared goal of making life for our resident’s lives as happy and fulfilling as possible. One way we're achieving this through the delivery of Pet Therapy as part of our Magic Moments activities programme.
