Christmas time calls for family, friends, festivities and good food! Eating well means living well, so nutrition and varied, high quality menus sit at the heart of the brighterkind’s philosophy. From delicious festive aromas to enjoying beautifully decorated dining rooms and table settings, these are just some of the seasonal experiences we have created for our residents.

This September across our homes we hosted Community Coffee Mornings in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

As we age, our bodies undergo numerous changes, making us more vulnerable to various health challenges. One such threat is sepsis, a severe medical condition that occurs when the body's response to an infection triggers a chain reaction, leading to widespread inflammation throughout the body. This condition can be life threatening, especially for older people due to weakened immune systems and age-related health issues.

As Father's Day approaches, we're excited to celebrate all the Dads, granddads and father figures who live and work in our care. Recognising the influence, guidance and support they provide to all generations and discovering just what Father’s Day means to them.
