Welcome to The Grange Care Home

A real home has as much personality as the people who live there. That’s why we’ve made The Grange a place you’d be proud of and happy to live in – just as you would your own home.  It is also rated GOOD by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Situated just half a mile from the shops, pubs, transport links and community of Colne in Lancashire, The Grange Care Home incorporates a beautiful Victorian building and grounds.

As well as our beautifully furnished bedrooms, the home has two lounge areas, two dining rooms as well as ample outdoor space, meaning peace and quiet is never far away.

We offer brighterkind care – a person-centred approach that is delivered through quality care, recreation and activities, and food and dining.

The training includes a mandatory module on infection control and prevention which has been completed once again.

Our homes are under constant risk assessment to ensure that visits only take place when absolutely safe to do so.

They are considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Home Manager and are subject to a number of conditions.
