residential care at Broadway Halls

residential care

Providing dedicated care in the heart of Dudley, Broadway Halls boasts a range of professional and personal services to match the needs of each and every one of our wonderful residents.

Residential and personal care in our home is focused in the Broadway and Castle View suites. All rooms are single ensuites with flat screen TVs, and either overlook our lush garden or have close access to our balcony which runs across the top of the building. Open our patio doors and feast your eyes on the stunning views of the Dudley Castle ruins from the balcony. With an extensive activity programme which includes some of our most enjoyable trips to places like Dudley Zoo or the Stourbridge Glass Museum, residential care here at Broadway Halls epitomises the perfect, friendly home environment.

One of our residents is a northern girl and after all these years we found out she never really knew about the history of the ‘real’ Dudley so we decided to surprise her and take her to one of the number one attractions in the Midlands: The Black Country Museum. With a village full of charismatic residents to swap stories with, trams to ride and games to play it’s a day well spent. Our residents enjoyed old-fashioned fish and chips, cooked in beef dripping and a trip to the local pub!

Caring for complex needs

This is for residents with more complex healthcare needs, and who require the supervision of fully qualified nurses. This might involve frequent medication regimes, wound care, constant assessment, monitoring and care planning.

Round-the-clock specialised service

Our registered nurses are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and specialise in providing therapeutic care for our residents. They are supported by our highly skilled carers, who assist with all aspects of personal care and support.
