Here at The Lawns we have a large outdoor space that surrounds the whole building and space available at the front of the home for seating with the sun facing that side for the day, quiet garden seating area to the side of the home. Residents can walk the whole way round the building and enjoy the lawn and flowers at the rear of the building and there is also a fairy garden and summer house. We have a tree in the centre garden of the home that has a preservation order and the home was purpose built 23 years ago around the tree. We have two decked areas and balconies on ground floor rooms.
We have links with the Leicester Royal Infirmary, Glenfield Hospital and Leicester General Hospital, Re-hab units at Coalville Community Hospital and St Lukes Market Harborough
We often like to take trips to local places like Palmers garden centre, Belgrave Road for Dwali lights, Leicester city centre, Botanical gardens and Desford Lane Bird Sanctuary. Residents also enjoy visits to and from the local nursery school. People say that our great team members are always smiling and are more like friends and that we have excellent food and dining by our award winning chef.
