brighterkind win Top 20 Care Home Group 2022 Award

brighterkind are delighted to announce that it has been awarded a ‘Top 20 Large Care Home Group 2022’ award by leading care home review website This is the sixth consecutive year that brighterkind has received this accolade.

The annual Top 20 Awards recognise the most recommended care homes in the UK and are based on reviews from care home residents as well as their friends and family. brighterkind has a score of 9.7 out of 10, taken from the average review scores of the care homes in the group. Every brighterkind care home has a score of at least 9.2 through to a perfect 10, with reviewers praising the exemplary care and the compassionate teams who work at the homes.

Some of the reviews submitted include: “The change in my dad has been amazing since he started his stay at Colinton Care Home. He's made friends and he loves the food. The staff have been fantastic to my dad from minute one, and have kept Mum and I informed of Dad's progress. You get a feel for a place and its people and Colinton feels good.”

The Top 20 Care Home Group Awards are based on the care home group review score, as of 30th June 2022. The group review score is calculated from the average of all the review scores of its care homes with a review score. At least 75% of members of the group must have a review score before a group review score can be achieved. There is no ranking within the Top 20 Large Care Home Group Award.
