The Four Seasons Health Care Group has today announced the launch a Sales Process for the core Four Seasons Health Care Group estate, with leading advisory firm, Christie & Co, appointed to act as sales broker.
The Sales Process, which includes homes trading under the Four Seasons Health Care and brighterkind brands, represents a key milestone in the Group’s ongoing restructuring process.
Joe O’Connor, Interim CEO of the Four Seasons Health Care Group, commented, “Today’s announcement is a positive step in the restructuring of the Group. Our priority remains the continuity of care for all residents and we are confident that the start of this sale process, which will take time to complete, will not change the way our homes are run or prompt any changes for residents, their families or our team members.”
The sale is being led by Martin Gould and Michael Hodges at Christie & Co, who comment, “We’re really proud to be part of this unique offering, one of the biggest of its kind, which comes at a time when there is significant investor and operator opportunity in the UK elderly care sector.
“The sale presents a chance for the new owner to work with the fantastic existing staff at Four Seasons Health Care Group and to invest and improve on these brilliant homes, all the while ensuring continuity of care. We are excited to be bringing this substantial group of assets to the market and anticipate strong interest from a wide range of prospective buyers.”
