Resident Neil here at Westbury Court Care Home has always loved motorbikes and fast cars. After having a conversation with Linda the Magic Moments Coordinator, she had an exciting idea to surprise Neil.
Linda’s brother and his friends also love motorbikes and go out for a ride together every week. Linda asked them to come to our home with their bikes to surprise Neil.
The day turned out to be a huge success; Neil made some new friends and told everyone about the motorbikes he owned and the trips he would take on them. Neil spent the day talking about motorbike mechanics and listened to the revs – it was so lovely to see the new friendship blossoming.
