Residents Anne and David here at The Berkshire Care Home were excited to be celebrating Valentine’s Day together.
They have been married for 50 years and still spend every day together giggling, chatting and being in love.
David gifted Anne some beautiful flowers, a handwritten card and her favourite chocolate, bounty.
Relationship advice from David and Anne to young couples would be, ‘Stick together through lives ups and downs, try new things to keep the twinkle alive – love is real.’
The Berkshire Care Home is located in Wokingham and provides residential care, nursing care, palliative care and respite care.
