Thanking our wonderful community

Woodbury House Care Home, Berkshire-Resident Pat and Senior Carer Madalina

“We are all so grateful to have our friends in the community, their kindness has really lifted our spirits"

Residents at Woodbury House Care Home have been busy preparing baskets of goodies to thank some of the wonderful members of our local community who have been so supportive during these challenging times.

A special thank you to the ladies from our Parish Council’s Coffee Corner who have delivered delicious treats including cakes, muffins and cookies every Wednesday – delicious!

Huge thanks also to all the lovely folk who have brought in beautiful flowers every Friday to keep us cheery.

And last but by no means least, to The Revd. Paul Willis, Team Rector at Loddon Reach Benefice who has taken our church services and is now retiring, we wish him all the very best.

Magic Moments Club Coordinator Anna said, “We are all so grateful to have our friends in the community, their kindness has really lifted our spirits and we are looking forward to seeing everyone again in person when restrictions are lifted.”
