dining rooms at Ivybank House Care Home

brighterkind Ivybank House in Bath

Inviting spaces for fantastic food

The dining room is light and spacious and during mealtimes becomes a hub of conversation and laughter. Some residents do most of their socialising at mealtimes, so  they are a big part of life here. That said, people have a choice as to whether they would like room service or to come down to the dining room, and that can change daily. Whether it’s tea and cakes in the garden or a roast each Sunday, we encourage our residents to make the most of living in a friendly environment and enjoy the company of others.

What you want, when you want it

Of course, when, where and who you eat with is entirely up to you – your meals can be brought to your room, and friends and family can join you as often as you’d like (at a small charge).

Our extras menu gives you the option to order snacks and drinks at any time. We don’t have a kitchenette, but our dining rooms and kitchen are staffed all day. We offer tea and coffee to any visitors at our 'Destination Station', which includes freshly baked home made cakes, savoury snacks and fresh fruit which residents help themselves to throughout the day.

Our chef makes special celebration cakes to help make resident birthday's that little bit more special.
