Your visit booking will go straight through to the care home, so you don’t need to get in touch with the home to confirm your booking. If your care home isn’t in the list, this could be because the type of visit isn’t available, or lack of availability, the visits not being offered at the moment or government or local restrictions.
We thank you for agreeing to follow our Visitor Protocol at all times during your visit, which includes the signing of a Visitor Declaration on arrival, the use of PPE and adhering to social distancing measures.
